Carlisle was the venue for the first race af the weekend and Eve Kenyon took 5th place in the women's omnium on very heavy ground.
The next day it was Richmond in N Yorkshire where Jon Norfolk was in scintilating form taking the 8km national league [round 1] easily and then winning the 800m scratch plus second in the 800m hcp and the 5km scratch. great riding on a very heavy but smooth track .
