Track sesh

Gosforth RC have handed over to us a 2 hour track session this coming Sunday 18th @ 2-4pm. Schlapps can/should come along. Costs payable to Russ - who will be coaching of around £5-£7 each.
Do come along and either join in group stuff or else do your own training thing -m after talking to Russ.
