Sprinters Eat ......


..... Pies !!!

Well now the longest day is upon us and the evenings start drawing in, its time to start fattening up. Oops, I mean....getting into shape for the Autumn racing. Mr Wilman shows us the best technique... a light slice of warm up pie before taking on the main training effort :)
