The Future ?
Its a long time since anyone posted on here or we've had a club session but the good news is that the club is alive, kicking and healthy, with members old and new showing in the TL results. I'm sure you have been chatting with club mates wondering what's happening etc, especially since Andrea took to the Islands and a few of us have made contact to put together ideas for the way forward.
The initial thought was to hold a club session and ask members for thoughts and ideas, however I'm sure that the trk will be fully booked for all of March and most of April. In order to get things moving please forward your thoughts, ideas, what you want from the club, what you like/dislike about it at present either via the blog or to me via e mail - you can be annonymous but it might be difficult if e mailing!.
Its your club and your input is important, if you want to get more involved speak up, but if you don't say anything we will have to do what we think is best. We may not be able to grant every wish but we can try and cater for the majority.
Yasumitsu Schlapp is a successful club with a great bunch of loyal and friendly members whom I'm chuffed to be part of - lets not lose it.

hi guys,i'vr not been a member long,so i haven't seen many of you.i have recently been down to the weds sprint sessions and some of the guys have been there,blimey are they quick!everyone seem really friendly but i think maybe we could do with all getting together somewhere to at least get to see who we are all representing in the club.this is my 2nd season with you and i hope to see more of you at future races.
If anyone wants to discuss the main posting I should be at the track for the derny session on Wed 12th March and the sprint session the following week.

Not going to be able to make it to the derny sess tonight and the trk is closed next week so no sprint session.
Guess the next thing is trying to set up a meet but where and when ?, the cycle jumble at the trk this weekend would have been ideal opportunity but guess its too late notice now.
Anyone any ideas?

It maybe that we just need to get enough people in one place and just make some decisions on sorting the basics
If we can get the framework in place we can then build on that through the year.
