National Masters - Scunthorpe - 21-23 September

Amazingly, the weather wasn't too bad over the weekend and only Friday's activities had to be curtailed a bit early because of rain. An early start on Saturday got things back on track.
Pretty successful weekend for Yasumitsu riders and some even managed to win the odd medal or two! By my reckoning, we came away with 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.
Next year's event is going to be indoors at Newport, so that should be a lot drier and warmer!

Unfortunately, Angie didn't get a medal on this occasion as there were only 4 starters in that age group and therefore only 2 medals.
Always think it's a bit silly to ask riders in this position to stand on the podium and then not give them anything!
